http://www.pikifx.com/ is a new online tool for editing pictures. It's not for videos, and it's not photoshop, but it's interesting to see the evolution of desktop-based tools moving to the Web.

Check out www.birdcinema.com, a great new site of bird videos. Their tagline is "Where the wild birds are always on," and there are some cool videos of some very odd-looking creatures. The creators of the site want it to be a community of bird-lovers, both amateur and professional. Great educational potential.

Technology has made video sharing easier than ever.

Who hasn't dealt with camcorder headaches over the years? First, there were software issues, then storage problems (tapes and disks), and -- my least favorite -- incompatible cables.
